Justin Bieber has not announced any concerts in continental Europe or Ireland for 2027. As of 6 October 2026 there is no tour, stadium date or festival booking on record, in Europe or elsewhere. His return to the stage in 2026 has so far been limited to headlining Coachella in April and singing at the FIFA World Cup final half-time show in July.
European fans have been waiting a long time. The Justice World Tour reached Europe in summer 2022, opening at the Piazza Napoleone in Lucca on 31 July, but the tour was suspended in September 2022 so that he could focus on his health after a diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt syndrome. His last full European arena tour was the Purpose World Tour of 2016 and 2017.
This page explains what is and is not known about Justin Bieber and Europe in 2027, and tells the story of his concerts on the continent and in Ireland: from television studios in Berlin and Paris in 2009 to sold-out arena runs in 2011, 2013 and 2016, stadium nights in 2017 and the 2022 summer that was cut short.
There is no official Justin Bieber Europe Tour 2027. No promoter has listed a date, no European venue has a Bieber concert on sale, and no 2027 festival line-up published so far includes him. Wikipedia does not list any tour for the albums Swag and Swag II, both released in 2025.
What has happened is a comeback in the United States. Swag came out on 11 July 2025, with the single 'Daisies', and Swag II followed in September 2025. On 11 April 2026 he headlined Coachella, a set that sent his catalogue streams up sharply and put 'Beauty and a Beat' at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200. On 19 July 2026 he sang 'Everything Hallelujah' at the World Cup final half-time show in New Jersey.
Those performances have fuelled talk of a tour, but nothing has been announced. The Justice World Tour dates that were suspended in 2022 were never rescheduled, so tickets bought then are not valid for any future show.
Until there is an official announcement, treat any '2027 European tour' list, ticket listing or 'presale code' for Justin Bieber with suspicion. If dates are confirmed, this page will be updated with cities, venues and on-sale information.
Justin Bieber's European story starts in promotional rooms. The setlist archive has him singing a song or two at Studio Wong in Berlin and at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne in August 2009, at the Théâtre de Paris in November 2009, and at short TV and radio appearances in Berlin, Montpellier and Oberhausen in 2010, as My World and My World 2.0 made him a teen idol across the continent.
His first proper European concerts came on the My World Tour. He played the Zénith in Paris on 30 November 2010, then a spring 2011 arena run: the O2 in Dublin on 8 March, the König-Pilsener-Arena in Oberhausen on 26 March, the Ahoy in Rotterdam on 27 March, Paris-Bercy on 29 March, the Sportpaleis in Antwerp on 30 March, Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning, the O2 World in Berlin on 2 April, the Palacio de Deportes in Madrid on 5 April, the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona on 6 April, the Hallenstadion in Zurich and the Mediolanum Forum near Milan on 9 April 2011.
The Believe Tour of 2013 was his longest European run. It began with two nights at the O2 in Dublin on 17 and 18 February and continued through Lisbon's Pavilhão Atlântico, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris-Bercy, Zurich, Bologna's Unipol Arena, Łódź, the Olympiahalle in Munich, Vienna, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dortmund, Cologne, Strasbourg, two nights at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp and the GelreDome in Arnhem, before three nights each in Oslo and Stockholm, Telia Parken in Copenhagen and the Hartwall Arena in Helsinki on 26 April 2013. A second Lisbon date planned for 12 March was cancelled.
The Purpose World Tour returned in autumn 2016 with double nights in many cities: the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin on 14 September, Munich, Cologne, two nights at the AccorHotels Arena in Paris on 20 and 21 September, two in Oslo, two in Helsinki, two at the Tele2 Arena in Stockholm, Telia Parken in Copenhagen, two at the Sportpaleis, two at the GelreDome, two at the 3Arena in Dublin on 1 and 2 November, Vienna, Kraków, Prague, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Zurich, two at the Unipol Arena near Bologna, Barcelona, the WiZink Center in Madrid on 23 November and the MEO Arena in Lisbon on 25 November 2016.
In summer 2017 the Purpose tour came back to Europe for outdoor shows: Megaland in Landgraaf on 3 June, Aarhus, Stavanger, Gärdet in Stockholm, the Stade de Suisse in Bern, the Autodromo Nazionale in Monza on 18 June, the RDS Arena in Dublin on 21 June, the Stade Pierre-Mauroy near Lille on 24 June and the Commerzbank-Arena in Frankfurt on 25 June 2017.
Five years later the Justice World Tour opened its European leg at the Piazza Napoleone in Lucca on 31 July 2022, with a 24-song set. Further dates followed in August 2022 in Skanderborg, Malmö, Trondheim, Helsinki and on the Óbudai-sziget in Budapest, before the whole tour was suspended in September. Apart from that tour, the archive records only a five-song performance at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris on 13 April 2021 and a four-song appearance at the Verdura Resort near Sciacca in Sicily on 27 July 2026, where he sang 'Things You Do', 'Everything Hallelujah', 'Yukon' and 'Daisies' from the Swag era.
The table below lists 89 documented European concerts by Justin Bieber between 2010 and 2026, with the most shows in Paris (6), Dublin (6), Stockholm (6), Antwerp (5), Oslo (5), Helsinki (4). It is not exhaustive: it only includes documented shows.

Across the 15 most recent documented European concerts with a full song list (1 November 2016 to 31 July 2022), these are the songs that came up most often. Titles only — set lists change from night to night.
Justin Bieber has rarely played European festivals, and only late in his touring career. On 3 June 2017 he headlined the main stage at Megaland in Landgraaf, the home of Pinkpop, at the start of the Purpose tour's summer leg. The 2022 European leg of the Justice World Tour was built largely around open-air summer sites, including the Óbudai-sziget island in Budapest, home of Sziget, on 12 August 2022.
Elsewhere his festival headline slots have been outside Europe: Made in America in Philadelphia in 2021, Rock in Rio in 2022 and Coachella in April 2026.
Justin Drew Bieber was born on 1 March 1994 in London, Ontario, and grew up in Stratford. His mother posted videos of him singing on YouTube, where the manager Scooter Braun found him; he signed with Braun and Usher's RBMG and Island Records in 2008. The EP My World (2009) and My World 2.0 (2010), with 'Baby', made him the youngest solo male to top the Billboard 200 in 47 years.
Under the Mistletoe (2011) was the first Christmas album by a male artist to debut at No. 1 in the US, and Believe (2012), with 'Boyfriend' and 'Beauty and a Beat', moved him towards dance-pop and R&B. 'Where Are Ü Now' with Jack Ü won him a first Grammy and set up Purpose (2015), whose 'What Do You Mean?', 'Sorry' and 'Love Yourself' all reached No. 1 in the US and filled the top three of the UK chart at once in January 2016, a first.
Features on 'I'm the One' and 'Despacito' kept him at No. 1 in 2017. Changes (2020) and Justice (2021) both topped the Billboard 200, making him the youngest solo act with eight US No. 1 albums, and 'Peaches' and 'Stay' with the Kid Laroi were No. 1 singles in 2021. After the Justice tour was suspended in 2022, he sold his catalogue rights in 2023 and stepped back.
Swag and Swag II, both in 2025, marked his return. With an estimated 150 million records sold, he has won two Grammy Awards, two Brit Awards and a record 22 MTV Europe Music Awards, a sign of how large his European audience has always been.
| Album | Year | Chart peak |
|---|---|---|
| My World 2.0 | 2010 | UK 3 |
| Under the Mistletoe | 2011 | UK 13 |
| Believe | 2012 | UK 1 |
| Purpose | 2015 | UK 2 |
| Changes | 2020 | UK 1 |
| Justice | 2021 | UK 2 |
| Swag | 2025 | UK 4 |

Ireland has often been where Bieber's European tours begin. The My World Tour played the O2 in Dublin on 8 March 2011, the Believe Tour opened its European leg there with two nights on 17 and 18 February 2013, and the Purpose World Tour returned to the same building, renamed the 3Arena, for two nights on 1 and 2 November 2016.
His most recent Irish concert was at the RDS Arena on 21 June 2017. No Irish date has been announced since, and the 2022 Justice tour did not reach Ireland before it was suspended.
By 2013 Bieber was selling multiple nights in several continental cities. The Sportpaleis in Antwerp hosted him once in 2011, twice in April 2013 and twice in October 2016; the GelreDome in Arnhem once in 2013 and twice in October 2016. Paris went from the Zénith in 2010 to Bercy in 2011 and 2013, then two nights at the AccorHotels Arena in September 2016.
Scandinavia showed the same appetite, with three nights each in Oslo and Stockholm in April 2013 and two each in Oslo, Helsinki and Stockholm in September 2016.
Germany has hosted more Bieber concerts than any other European country. The 2013 Believe Tour played Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dortmund and Cologne within ten days, and the Purpose tour returned to Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Hamburg and Frankfurt in 2016, then to Frankfurt's Commerzbank-Arena for a stadium date on 25 June 2017.
The Lanxess Arena in Cologne alone appears in his record in 2009, 2012, 2013 and 2016. No German date was part of the 2022 Justice tour's European leg.
Italy has been part of every Bieber tour of Europe: the Mediolanum Forum in Assago in 2011, the Unipol Arena near Bologna in 2013 and for two nights in 2016, the Autodromo di Monza in 2017 and the Piazza Napoleone in Lucca in 2022.
Lucca on 31 July 2022 was his first European concert after the Ramsay Hunt diagnosis that June, and the 24-song set opened the European leg of the Justice World Tour. In July 2026 he was back in Italy, but only for a short appearance in Sicily, not a public concert tour.
Justin Bieber's European arena shows have usually run to about 20 songs. The Purpose World Tour sets of 2016 had 20 to 22 songs, built around 'Mark My Words', 'Where Are Ü Now', 'Sorry', 'What Do You Mean?' and 'Love Yourself', with dancers and large-scale staging.
The 2022 Justice tour set in Lucca ran to 24 songs and leaned on Justice and Changes, with 'Peaches', 'Holy', 'Ghost', 'Lonely' and 'Anyone' alongside older hits such as 'Boyfriend' and 'Baby'. For any future tour, expect material from Swag and Swag II, but no set list has been published for a 2027 concert because none has been announced.
Over all his European shows, 'Baby', 'Boyfriend', 'As Long as You Love Me', 'Sorry' and 'What Do You Mean?' are among the songs that come back most often.
There are no Justin Bieber tickets on sale for Europe in 2027, because no concerts have been announced. Any site offering seats or a 'presale code' for a 2027 European date is not official.
In the past his European tours have been sold country by country through official outlets and venue box offices, often with fan presales first and very fast sell-outs. If dates are announced, buy only through those channels and use the official resale service of the country concerned for sold-out nights. Tickets from the suspended 2022 Justice tour are not valid for any future show.
The alert on this page will tell you as soon as Justin Bieber confirms any concert in Europe.
