Pearl Jam have not announced any European concerts for 2027. As of 6 October 2026 there is no tour, festival headline slot or one-off show on sale in continental Europe or Ireland. The band's last European concert was at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés, near Lisbon, on 13 July 2024, at the end of the European leg of the Dark Matter World Tour.
The band has changed since then. Matt Cameron, their drummer since 1998, announced his departure on 7 July 2025 after 27 years. In May 2026 Stone Gossard said the new drummer would be revealed at the band's first show back, at the Ohana Festival in California on 27 September 2026. No European dates have been published with that return.
Pearl Jam have toured continental Europe since February 1992, when they played clubs from Paris to Munich. This page sets out what is known for 2027 and tells the story of those concerts: the Ten tour, the Roskilde tragedy of 2000, the Italian nights of 2006, and the long run of Ziggo Dome, Waldbühne, Werchter and Algés shows of the last two decades.
There is no official Pearl Jam tour of Europe for 2027. No cities, venues or on-sale dates have been announced. Their twelfth album, Dark Matter, came out on 19 April 2024 and was toured in Europe that summer; no new album has been announced since.
The 2024 European leg was short and partly disrupted. It ran from Marlay Park in Dublin on 22 June to Algés on 13 July, with two nights at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona and a Madrid date at the Iberdrola Music site in between. In June and July 2024 the band cancelled three shows in London and Berlin because of significant illness, so Berlin, a city they had played on almost every European tour since 1992, was missed.
Pearl Jam's European tours have usually come every two to four years, almost always in June and July, often built around festival weekends at Werchter, Pinkpop, Mad Cool or the Alive festival near Lisbon, with arena and open-air dates in between. If the band announces a 2027 European tour with its new drummer, this page will be updated with the confirmed dates. Until then, treat any list of dates, ticket offer or 'presale code' with suspicion.
Pearl Jam first came to Europe in February 1992, a few months after Ten was released, on a club tour. The setlist archive shows a short set at the Virgin Megastore in Paris on 10 February, La Locomotive the next night, the Melkweg in Amsterdam on 12 February, the Revolver club in Madrid and the Sorpasso in Milan. In March they played five Dutch clubs in six nights, Vera in Groningen, the Paard in The Hague, Tivoli in Utrecht, the Effenaar in Eindhoven and Nighttown in Rotterdam, then the Live Music Hall in Cologne, the Loft in Berlin, the Markthalle in Hamburg, the Batschkapp in Frankfurt and the Nachtwerk in Munich. By June 1992 they were back for Rock am Ring, Pinkpop, the Wuhlheide in Berlin, the Élysée Montmartre in Paris and Roskilde.
In July 1993 the band played short sets of nine to 13 songs at the Stadio Bentegodi in Verona and the Stadio Flaminio in Rome, two nights each, and at Slane Castle in Ireland on 10 July, before two full nights at the Ahoy in Rotterdam. The European leg of the No Code tour in autumn 1996 started in Ireland, at the Green Glens Arena in Millstreet on 24 October and the Point Theatre in Dublin, and went on to Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam, the Zénith in Paris, Rome, Milan, Barcelona, San Sebastián and two nights at Cascais in Portugal.
The Binaural tour of 2000 was their biggest European run to that point. It began at the Estádio do Restelo in Lisbon on 23 May and took in Barcelona, San Sebastián, Dublin, Bercy in Paris, Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Pinkpop, Prague, Katowice, Salzburg, the Arena di Verona, Milan, Zürich, Berlin, Hamburg, Stockholm and Oslo. Every show was recorded and released as an official bootleg. On 30 June 2000 at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark, nine fans died after being crushed as the crowd rushed towards the stage; the band stopped playing and tried to calm the crowd. The two remaining dates were cancelled, and members of the band considered retiring.
Pearl Jam did not tour Europe again for six years. The 2006 tour opened at the Point Theatre in Dublin on 23 August and continued through Arnhem, Antwerp, Badalona, Vitoria-Gasteiz, two nights in Lisbon, Madrid, Marseille, Paris, Bern, Bologna, the Arena di Verona, Milan, Turin, the Piazza del Duomo in Pistoia, Prague, Berlin and Vienna. Its Italian shows were filmed for the DVD Immagine in Cornice. A 13-date European tour followed in June 2007, including Algés, Munich, Katowice, Düsseldorf, Nijmegen and Werchter.
From 2009 the European tours became regular summer events. The band played the Ahoy and the Wuhlheide in August 2009; Dublin, Nijmegen, Berlin, Arras, Werchter, Mestre, Bilbao and Algés in 2010; two nights at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Werchter, Arras, Prague, two nights in Berlin, Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen in 2012; and the Ziggo Dome again, San Siro in Milan, Trieste, Vienna, Berlin, Stockholm, Oslo, Gdynia and Werchter in 2014.
The 2018 tour added two Ziggo Dome nights, Pinkpop, Milan, Padua, the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, Prague, Kraków, the Waldbühne in Berlin, Werchter, Barcelona, Madrid and Algés. The 2022 dates, postponed from 2020, ran from Pinkpop on 18 June through the Waldbühne, Imola, Frankfurt and Werchter to Paris on 17 July and the Ziggo Dome on 25 July 2022. Dark Matter brought them to Marlay Park, Barcelona, Madrid and Algés in 2024.
The table below lists 124 documented European concerts by Pearl Jam between 1992 and 2024, with the most shows in Berlin (12), Amsterdam (9), Paris (7), Werchter (6), Barcelona (5), Dublin (5). It is not exhaustive: it only includes documented shows.

Pearl Jam have played many of Europe's biggest festivals. Rock Werchter in Belgium has had them more than any other: 2007, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2018 and 2022 in the setlist archive. They played Pinkpop in Landgraaf in 1992, 2000, 2018 and 2022, Rock am Ring in 1992 and 2000, Rock im Park in 2000, Roskilde in 1992 and 2000, and Lollapalooza Paris at the Hippodrome de Longchamp on 17 July 2022.
After Roskilde, the band said it would not play festivals again, and returned to them only in 2006. On the 2007 European tour they played the Nova Rock festival at Nickelsdorf in Austria, the Southside festival site at Neuhausen ob Eck and Hurricane at Scheeßel in Germany. In the Iberian peninsula they have played the Algés waterfront near Lisbon in 2007, 2010, 2018 and 2024, Bilbao's Kobetamendi in 2010, Mad Cool in Madrid in 2018 and Madrid's Iberdrola Music site in 2024, and in 2014 they headlined Open'er in Gdynia, Poland.
Pearl Jam formed in Seattle in 1990 after the end of Mother Love Bone, the band of guitarist Stone Gossard and bassist Jeff Ament. With guitarist Mike McCready and singer Eddie Vedder, they released Ten in 1991. It stayed on the US Billboard 200 for nearly five years and has been certified 13 times platinum in the US, with 'Alive', 'Even Flow', 'Jeremy' and 'Black'.
Vs. (1993) sold 950,378 copies in its first week, a record at the time, and Vitalogy (1994) was then the second-fastest-selling CD in history. The band refused to make videos and avoided interviews, and in 1994 fought a long dispute over ticket service fees in the US that limited their American touring for several years. No Code (1996), Yield (1998) and Binaural (2000) followed, the last of them the first with Matt Cameron on drums.
The band's later albums, Riot Act (2002), Pearl Jam (2006), Backspacer (2009), Lightning Bolt (2013) and Gigaton (2020), all reached the UK top 40, and Lightning Bolt peaked at No. 2. Dark Matter (2024), produced by Andrew Watt, also reached No. 2 in the UK and earned three Grammy nominations.
Pearl Jam have sold more than 100 million albums and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017, in their first year of eligibility. Rolling Stone readers placed them eighth among the greatest live acts of all time. Keyboardist Boom Gaspar has toured with them since 2002.

The Roskilde Festival of 30 June 2000 is the darkest night in the band's history. Nine people died in the crush in front of the stage during Pearl Jam's set. The band cancelled the last two dates of the tour and later said the event changed them as people; Vedder spoke of how playing again helped them process it.
The band vowed not to play festivals again, and when they did return, at Reading and Leeds in 2006, Vedder opened both sets with an appeal to the crowd to look after each other, saying the decision rested on trust in the audience. A year later they were back on continental festival stages at Nova Rock, Southside, Hurricane and Werchter.
Italy has given Pearl Jam some of their longest European shows. On the 2006 tour they played Bologna, the Arena di Verona, Milan, Turin and the Piazza del Duomo in Pistoia, where the set ran to 32 songs; those Italian shows were released on the DVD Immagine in Cornice.
Later visits moved to stadiums. They played San Siro in Milan on 20 June 2014 with 35 songs and the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on 26 June 2018 with 36, the longest European set in our archive, and in 2022 they played the Imola racing circuit. No Italian date has been announced for 2027.
Some cities have become fixtures. Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome has hosted the band in 2012, 2014, 2018 and 2022, with two nights on each of the first three visits. Berlin's open-air Wuhlheide has had them in 1992, 2000, 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2014, and the Waldbühne in 2018 and 2022.
Berlin was also due to host them in 2024, but that show was among those cancelled because of illness, which makes it one of the obvious cities fans will look for when the next European tour is announced.
Ireland has been part of Pearl Jam's European tours since 1993, when they played Slane Castle. The European leg of the No Code tour opened at Millstreet in County Cork in October 1996, and the Point Theatre in Dublin hosted them in 1996, 2000 and 2006, followed by The O2 in 2010.
Their most recent Irish show was at Marlay Park in Dublin on 22 June 2024, which opened the Dark Matter European leg with a 25-song set.
Pearl Jam are known for changing their set list every night, so no two shows are the same. Full headline sets in Europe usually run to between 22 and 30 songs, and the longest have reached 35 or 36 in Italian stadiums.
Across their European concerts the most played songs are 'Even Flow', 'Alive', 'Black', 'Porch', 'Why Go', 'Corduroy', 'Jeremy' and 'Do the Evolution'. The last European show, at Algés on 13 July 2024, opened with 'Daughter', 'Dark Matter', 'React, Respond' and 'Animal' and also featured 'Given to Fly', 'Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town', 'Wreckage', 'Why Go' and 'Jeremy'.
The Dark Matter tour was the first on which the band used video visuals, created by Rob Sheridan. A 2027 show would also be the first European tour with the band's new drummer.
No Pearl Jam tickets are on sale for 2027 in Europe because no concerts have been announced. Any site offering tickets or a 'presale code' for a 2027 European tour is selling something that does not exist yet.
The band's fan club, the Ten Club, is the first place to watch for news. When a tour is announced, any presale details will come with the dates; general sale will then go through the official ticketing outlets of each country and the venues. Festival appearances are sold as festival tickets through the festival's own website.
Never pay for a presale code. For resale, use only the official resale service of the ticketing outlet in each country where one exists, and check the date and venue carefully.
