Weezer bring The Gathering Tour to Europe in May and June 2027, with Taking Back Sunday as special guests. The run opens at the 3Arena in Dublin on 12 May, crosses Britain for seven arena dates, then returns to the continent for the Zénith in Paris on 25 May, AFAS Live in Amsterdam on 26 May, the Oslo Spektrum on 29 May, Hovet in Stockholm on 30 May and the Veikkaus Arena in Helsinki on 1 June 2027.
The Gathering is the tour for the Gold Album, Weezer's twentieth studio album, released on 21 August 2026. It began in North America in autumn 2026, where the Shins and Silversun Pickups opened, and the European leg brings the band back barely two years after their 2025 summer tour of festivals and headline shows.
This page lists every confirmed date, the venues, the run night by night, and three decades of Weezer concerts in continental Europe and Ireland, from the Paard van Troje in The Hague in February 1995 to Le Zénith in Paris in July 2025.
Tickets for all thirteen UK, Irish and European dates have been on sale since 14 August 2026. The tour has two clear halves. Ireland and Britain come first, from Dublin on 12 May to Cardiff on 23 May; the continental and Nordic shows follow over eight days, with Paris and Amsterdam on consecutive nights and the Nordic capitals on the final weekend.
The choice of cities is unusual for Weezer. Germany, where they have played more often than anywhere else in Europe, has no date on this leg, and neither do Spain or Italy, which hosted them in 2025. Instead, the tour reaches three Nordic capitals, including Helsinki, where the band have not played a headline show of their own in the setlist archive.
Taking Back Sunday open every show of the UK, Irish and European leg, which turns each night into a double bill of American alternative rock. In North America the support came from other bands, so the European pairing is specific to this leg.
The Gold Album was preceded by a viral second life for 'Go Away', the 2014 duet with Bethany Cosentino, which charted on the Billboard Hot 100 in early 2026, and by the singles 'We Might as Well Be Strangers' with the band Wednesday and 'C.E.O.'. Expect the new songs to feature alongside the classics in 2027.
The 3Arena stands on the North Wall Quay in Dublin's docklands. It opened in 2008 on the site of the old Point Depot, a former rail goods depot used for concerts since 1988, and holds about 13,000.
Le Zénith, in the Parc de la Villette in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, seats up to 6,293 people and is one of the city's largest concert halls. It was the first of the French 'Zénith' venues; the nearest stations are Porte de la Villette and Porte de Pantin.
AFAS Live, known until 2017 as the Heineken Music Hall, opened in 2001 near the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam's south-east. Its main hall, the Black Box, holds about 6,000 people, and the venue welcomes around 650,000 visitors a year.
Oslo Spektrum opened in December 1990 in central Oslo, next to the central station and the Jernbanetorget transport hub. It hosts the annual Nobel Peace Prize Concert and staged the Eurovision Song Contest in 1996.
Hovet, the former Johanneshov Ice Stadium in Stockholm, opened in 1955 as an outdoor rink and was roofed in 1962. It holds about 8,300 people for concerts and is used by the AIK and Djurgården ice hockey clubs.
Veikkaus Arena in Helsinki, formerly the Hartwall Arena, opened in April 1997 and holds up to 15,000 for concerts. It was closed from 2022 because of EU sanctions on its Russian owners and reopened under new ownership and its current name in 2025.
Wednesday 12 May 2027 — 3Arena, Dublin. Their previous show at this venue was on 10 June 2024, on the The Smashing Pumpkins and Weezer UK & Ireland Tour 2024. This is the opening night of the run.

Saturday 15 May 2027 — Co-op Live, Manchester.
Monday 17 May 2027 — First Direct Arena, Leeds.
Wednesday 19 May 2027 — OVO Hydro, Glasgow.

Wednesday 26 May 2027 — AFAS Live, Amsterdam. Their most recent documented Amsterdam show was at Heineken Music Hall on 8 April 2016.

Sunday 30 May 2027 — Hovet, Stockholm. In Stockholm, the last documented Weezer concert was at Gärdet (24 June 2025).
Tuesday 1 June 2027 — Veikkaus Arena, Helsinki. This venue closes the tour.
Weezer's first European tour came on the back of the Blue Album, as part of what was billed as the World Domination Tour. In February 1995 they played the Paard van Troje in The Hague, Nighttown in Rotterdam, the Effenaar in Eindhoven, the Melkweg in Amsterdam on 4 February, Vera in Groningen, the Luxor in Cologne, Huxley's Jr. in Berlin, Frankfurt, Milan, L'Arapaho in Paris on 20 February and clubs in Madrid and Barcelona. They returned that summer for Le Zénith in Paris on 27 June 1995, the Live Music Hall in Cologne, the Markthalle in Hamburg and Gino in Stockholm.
The Pinkerton tour of August and September 1996 combined festivals and clubs: Cologne, Saint-Père in Brittany, Lowlands, Gino in Stockholm, the Sentrum Scene in Oslo, the Mejeriet in Lund, the LOGO in Hamburg, the Backstage in Munich, Modena, the Sala Zeleste in Barcelona and Madrid. After that tour the band went on hiatus, and Europe did not see them again until 2001.
The return came with the Euro Freak Out Tour of June 2001, after the Green Album: Seinäjoki, Hultsfred, the Rockefeller in Oslo, Dortmund, Southside and Hurricane, The Max in Amsterdam on 25 June, the Élysée Montmartre in Paris and two Spanish clubs. In March 2002 the band played their largest continental headline shows of the period, at the Palacio Vistalegre in Madrid, the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona and the Donosti Arena in San Sebastián.
The Make Believe tour of 2005 brought them to Ireland for the first time in the archive, at Vicar Street in Dublin on 7 June and the Point Theatre on 24 August, with L'Olympia in Paris, the Grosse Freiheit 36 in Hamburg and the Muffathalle in Munich in between. After a long gap, the White Album took them to the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam, now AFAS Live, on 8 April 2016, and Pacific Daydream to the Columbiahalle in Berlin, the E-Werk in Cologne, L'Olympia and the 013 in Tilburg in October 2017.
The European Summer Tour 2019 included Ronda in Utrecht, the Stadtpark in Hamburg, the Stade de France, Bologna, Bilbao and Gröna Lund in Stockholm on 16 July. In 2022 they were part of the Hella Mega Tour package, playing the Ernst-Happel-Stadion in Vienna, the Sportpaleis in Antwerp, the Stadspark in Groningen, Marlay Park in Dublin and the Paris La Défense Arena on 2 July 2022. The 2024 UK and Ireland tour with the Smashing Pumpkins reached the 3Arena in Dublin on 10 June.
The 2025 EU/UK Tour was a full summer: the Columbiahalle in Berlin on 10 June, the Alsterdorfer Sporthalle in Hamburg, Florence, Pinkpop, Stockholm, Oslo, Trinity College in Dublin on 2 July, Le Zénith in Paris on 6 July, Razzmatazz in Barcelona and Madrid. Headline sets ran to 22 to 24 songs.
The table below lists 96 documented European concerts by Weezer between 1995 and 2025, with the most shows in Paris (7), Madrid (6), Barcelona (6), Dublin (5), Stockholm (5), Hamburg (5). It is not exhaustive: it only includes documented shows.

Across the 15 most recent documented European concerts with a full song list (27 June 2022 to 10 July 2025), these are the songs that came up most often. Titles only — set lists change from night to night.
The setlist archive shows Weezer at many of Europe's best-known festivals: Lowlands in 1996, Hultsfred, Southside and Hurricane in 2001, Rock am Ring and Rock im Park in 2005, 2022 and 2025, Eurockéennes at Belfort in 2019, Bilbao BBK Live in 2019, Malakoff at Nordfjordeid in 2019 and Pinkpop at Landgraaf in 2025. In Ireland they played Oxegen at Punchestown Racecourse on 8 July 2011.
Italy has seen them mostly at festivals, from Modena in 1996 to Milan's Ippodromo Snai La Maura in 2022 and Florence's Visarno Arena in 2022 and 2025, and Madrid at Iberdrola Music in July 2025. The Gathering Tour in 2027 is made of indoor headline shows, with no festival dates announced.
Weezer formed in Los Angeles in 1992. Since 2001 the line-up has been Rivers Cuomo on vocals and guitar, Patrick Wilson on drums, Brian Bell on guitar and Scott Shriner on bass; the band have sold more than 35 million albums worldwide. Signed to Geffen in 1993, they released the self-titled debut, known as the Blue Album, in May 1994, with 'Undone – The Sweater Song', 'Buddy Holly' and 'Say It Ain't So'.
Pinkerton (1996), darker and rawer, sold poorly at first but later gained cult status; both it and the Blue Album are often cited among the best albums of the 1990s. After its tour bassist Matt Sharp left and the band paused. They came back in 2001 with the Green Album, 'Hash Pipe' and 'Island in the Sun', and followed it with Maladroit (2002) and Make Believe (2005), whose 'Beverly Hills' was their first US top-ten single.
The Red Album (2008) produced 'Pork and Beans', with a Grammy-winning video. After the pop-leaning Raditude and Hurley, Everything Will Be Alright in the End (2014) and the White Album (2016) returned to the guitar sound of the 1990s. The Teal Album of covers and the Black Album came in 2019, OK Human and Van Weezer in 2021, and the four SZNZ EPs in 2022.
In 2024 the band toured North America playing the Blue Album in full for its 30th anniversary. The Gold Album, their twentieth, came out on 21 August 2026, and the Gathering, announced in March 2026, became its tour. In Britain, Make Believe reached No. 11 and Maladroit No. 16, their highest album peaks there.

The two core continental shows come on Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 May 2027. Paris has been a Weezer city since L'Arapaho in 1995; the band have played Le Zénith in 1995 and 2025, the Élysée Montmartre in 2001, L'Olympia in 2005 and 2017, the Stade de France in 2019 and the Paris La Défense Arena in 2022.
Amsterdam has a similar story, from the Melkweg in 1995 and The Max in 2001 to the Heineken Music Hall in 2016. That hall, now AFAS Live, is the 2027 venue, ten years after their last headline show there.
The tour ends with three Nordic capitals in four days: Oslo on Saturday 29 May, Stockholm on Sunday 30 May and Helsinki on Tuesday 1 June 2027. Norway and Sweden have hosted Weezer regularly, from Gino and the Sentrum Scene in the 1990s to Gröna Lund in 2019, the Tele2 Arena in 2022 and Oslo and Stockholm festivals in 2025.
Hovet in Stockholm, the old Johanneshov ice stadium, and the Veikkaus Arena in Helsinki, which reopened in 2025 after three years closed, are both new rooms for the band. Finland's only other entry in the archive is a festival at Seinäjoki in June 2001.
The European leg begins in Ireland on Wednesday 12 May 2027. Weezer have played Dublin at Vicar Street and the Point Theatre in 2005, Marlay Park in 2022, the 3Arena with the Smashing Pumpkins in 2024 and Trinity College in July 2025.
The 3Arena, built on the site of the old Point Depot, means the band return to the same dockland address where they played in August 2005.
Germany is the country where Weezer have played most in continental Europe, with more than a dozen cities in the archive from Gäufelden in 1995 to Hamburg and Berlin in June 2025. The Gathering Tour has no German date.
For German fans the nearest options are Amsterdam on 26 May and, for those in the north, Oslo or Stockholm at the end of the month. No further European dates have been announced as of 5 October 2026.
Weezer's 2025 European headline shows ran to 22 to 24 songs. The Paris set of 6 July 2025 opened with 'Anonymous' and 'Hash Pipe' and included 'My Name Is Jonas', 'No One Else', 'Surf Wax America', 'Undone – The Sweater Song', 'Island in the Sun', 'Holiday', 'In the Garage', 'Pink Triangle', 'Beverly Hills', 'Pork and Beans', 'El Scorcho' and 'The Good Life', before ending with 'Only in Dreams', 'Say It Ain't So' and 'Buddy Holly'.
Festival sets were cut to 14 to 18 songs but kept the same backbone of Blue Album and Pinkerton songs. In 2027 the Gold Album should add new material; set lists vary from night to night.
All dates have been on sale since 14 August 2026 through the official ticket outlet of each country and the venues' websites. Some arenas also sell premium seating through their own channels.
There is no public Weezer presale code for these dates. Codes or tickets offered by strangers on social media are not genuine; if a show is sold out, use only the official resale service of the country concerned.
Prices are set by the local promoters and vary between cities and between standing and seated areas. The alert buttons on this page will tell you about returned tickets and added dates.
